Welcome to the MERCER COUNTY ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL OF NEW JERSEY - CELEBRATING 40 YEARS!

The MCEPCNJ is an interdisciplinary organization for professionals involved in estate planning.  

The Council strives to foster understanding of the relationships between the functions of the Attorney, Accountant, Financial Advisor, Trust Officer, Life Underwriter, Appraiser as well as Charitable Organizations and any other parties whose roles are relevant to estate planning. We encourage cooperation among these professions and we are committed to excellence in our work and education as a continuing process.

Our partnership with the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC) provides our members with new services and opportunities to share resources and information, in addition to other estate planning councils and their members throughout the state and country.

Mercer County Estate Planning Council is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee.
